Particularly during periods of heightened health concerns, you can trust us to handle all worries while you focus on your dental well-being. We are committed to delivering exceptional, individualized care to each of our patients without any hindrances.

Enhanced Sterilization Standards

It is expected that a medical facility, such as a dental office, would have established procedures to ensure a clean environment for both patients and staff. We take pride in surpassing the standards set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as we prioritize patient safety and office sterilization.

Before each use, our dental instruments undergo thorough cleaning and sterilization to eliminate any possibility of contamination. Our sterilization process goes beyond simple soap and water; we utilize an autoclave machine that employs steam to sterilize the instruments. This high heat effectively kills any bacteria or viruses that may have been transferred during use.

Whenever possible, we opt for disposable materials and barriers that are discarded after each use, eliminating the need for sterilization.

Personal Protective Measures should be taken to ensure safety and well-being.

Our dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants prioritize cleanliness and safety for our patients. They consistently wear standard personal protective equipment, such as gloves, eyewear, and masks, which are all single-use and disposed of after each patient. Additionally, our team members have the luxury of wearing professionally cleaned clothing every day. In the event that their clothing becomes soiled during their shift, we provide them with extra clean clothing to change into as necessary.

Procedures for disinfection

The dental office has multiple rooms that are utilized by both patients and staff. Apart from the routine cleaning conducted outside office hours, we prioritize the disinfection of surfaces that are frequently touched by patients and staff in the heavily used rooms. Throughout the day, we meticulously go through each room and sanitize commonly touched surfaces such as countertops, tables, doorknobs, cabinets, sinks, and restrooms using medical-grade disinfectants.

Filtered water lines

Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the water used to rinse our patients' mouths is a top priority in our dental office. To eliminate any potential risks, we have implemented a filtration system in our water lines that effectively removes bacteria and microorganisms. While these contaminants may not pose a threat to healthy individuals, they could be more hazardous to older patients or those with weakened immune systems.

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we consistently monitor the bacteria levels in our water lines and strictly adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines for system cleaning. This proactive approach guarantees that our system operates at its optimal level, providing our patients with water that is as clean and safe as when it was first installed.

Working together as a team

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients is a collective effort, and each member of our team is committed to upholding high standards. Apart from the aforementioned precautions, our team members refrain from coming to the office when they are unwell, and we kindly request our patients to do the same, for the sake of our community's health and well-being.
